During the pandemic, these adolescent students couldn't be trained& tutored as per the need of the hour.Online/digital classes stood as the barrier and thus the learnng gaps stand as a big challenge .But to combat this ,we first of all sensitised the students by involving them in policy making. No doubt, deviation& distraction both were at its height yet somwhere they were conscious of the of their state .The students have been further divided into small groups. The teachers have undergone various pedagogical & competency enhancement trainings ,workshops& demo sessions by the proficient trainers. The school has not only identified the problem but has designed a pedagogical plan to enhance their vision & build high competency .Parents too have been taken into confidence & collective efforts have been geared up to pluck the learning gaps where the students are motivated & are coming back to the normalcy.Collaborative tasks of motivating& helping the ones who need more with deep understanding& empathy is certainly to bring back the students to prioritise their capacity building& holistic development .My take away from these joint endeavours as a pedagogical leader is that a sensitive, empathetic& result oriented team can yield positive outcomes in no times!

    3) Students got easily confused when dealing with graph and other visuals in mathematics. So there should be some graphical task and chapters should be there in 9th an 10th also.

Non submission of work deprives students from receiving meaningful feedback from teachers. Also, the non-clarification of doubts cements misconceptions.
Apart from these frequent changes in the mode of assessments has also pulled down learning.
