ReplyDeletePlayful and experiental learning model is followed in my school. weak/average student is coupled with smart students who can help them to complete their work and act as assistants to the teacher in the classsroom. Inquisitiveness needs to be instilled in the students with the ability to explore things and think in a creative and act in a collaborative manner, and for this we have made plans and are working upon it.

Alternative & Innovative Education cell from B.E.P.C, SSA is
taking some initiatives to mainstream both categories of
children -- Never enrolled children and Out of school children
with the help of the community, teachers, and
government through different intervention. Students from
the above two categories are first facilitated to get age
appropriate admission in their nearby school as per RTE
norms and after that, they are taught class appropriate
learning in the special training center.4 rooms have been
allotted to run the center at first floor of the school. Rainbow
Foundation India is implementing agency for this particular
center.
Tata Power's 'Powerlinks' has launched E-Vidya, an e-learning platform under its Digital school lab initiatives in Siliguri, West Bengal. Through E-Vidya, the company aims to benefit 220 teachers and offer academic learning to over 15000 students across 57 schools in the Jalpaiguri & Siliguri districts.

my state is the pioneer in initiating mid day meal ad it has improvised a lot by adding more balanced diet. Even during covid they supplied food to children twice and anganwadi workers visited children at their homes to support learning.

ReplyDeletePSQs play an essential role in making our lives meaningful and successful .These qualities can be nurtured from a very young age in the classroom. The role of the teacher is crucial in encouraging and enhancing the PSQs of their learners. Positive PSQs enhance motivation and facilitate learning. Fostering a positive classroom climate is the responsibility of the teacher even in the secondary classroom thus making students feel comfortable and accepted thus adding to their self-worth and being accepted in the group.
